Our Vitamin C derivative has been stabilised at molecular level with glucose; it is known to lighten the overall tone of the skin and reduce pigmentation whilst brightening dull-looking skin. When applied to the skin, Vitamin C is slowly released thanks to the presence of skin enzymes, leading to longer lasting benefits.

Prebiotics work to selectively feed our skin’s good bacteria which helps to restore and balance our microbiota, reducing irritation and protecting against bad bacteria.

This scientifically tested prebiotic from Chicory root helps preserve the healthy look of the skin by balancing and reinforcing the human skin microbiota, making our skin more resistant. This preserves the natural beauty of the skin and nourishes the skin barrier which helps to reduce sensitivity, irritation and itching. It also reduces the growth of bad bacteria that cause acne and skin infections and helps to stabilise the skin biome after a disturbance (e.g. washing).

In tests, it was shown to deliver an 80% reduction in the P Acnes bacteria over 24hrs. It also reduces the impacts of harsh formulations on the skin.

Native to Central America, the Papaya tree is a perennial plant, its fruit, papaya, is a large berry that is picked when ripe when they turn orange-red. Papaya is rich in sugars, vitamins and also contains an enzyme called “papain”.

Papain is one of the most common plant enzymes used as an exfoliant, removing dead skin cells. It acts on the Stratum corneum by hydrolyzing the peptide bonds of collagen and keratin. This generates a skin repair mechanism, which results in a smoother and softer skin surface, preserving skin radiance.

Papain is also known for its healing and reparative properties, restructuring the skin layers, and also helps with making skin less oily.

This product is housed in a fully recyclable glass jar, which looks beautiful stored anywhere from your bedside table to your bathroom shelf. We use darker glass to protect our amazing natural actives and ingredients and allow your product to have a longer shelf life.

However we do recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight, such as on a windowsill, as this may cause the product to evaporate or melt.

How much to use?

We recommend using half a teaspoon (one full spatula) of powder with a few drops of warm water per application.

How long does this last?

Each use is 1g of product - 70g contains 70 uses, just over 2 months if used once a day.
