The Sweet Dreams Ritual is a night-time gift set with a full-size Zen Whisper Sleep Mist and Zen Whisper Ceramide Body Oil, plus a 30ml Nightly Renew Facial Cream.

The sleep mist and body oil share our Zen Whisper blend of organic Lavender, Frankincense, Bergamot, Sweet Marjoram and Vetiver essential oils. After the carols, the parties and the present wrapping, run a bath and massage in the body oil, with oat ceramides and hyaluronic acid for soft, hydrated skin. Smooth on Nightly Renew Facial Cream, which nourishes skin overnight with bio-retinol and Peony Extract. Then spritz the mist onto your pillow and breathe in deeply. A gift for slower, calmer evenings.

HOW TO USE

SLEEP MIST: Spritz your sleep mist, breathe in deeply.

BODY OIL: Massage into slightly damp skin after bathing to lock in moisture and scent. Can also be used in self-massage after dry brushing, or with a body Gua Sha tool.

NIGHT CREAM: Apply to freshly cleansed skin in the evening. Massage in small circles around your face and neck, taking care around the delicate eye area.

Which certifications does this product have?

All three products are certified COSMOS Organic. All products are certified with the Vegan Society. Cruelty free, certified by Cruelty Free International under the Leaping Bunny programme.

Is the packaging recyclable?

100 percent of our bottles, jars, cartons and lids are recyclable. Our cartons are FSC certified and fully recyclable. The sleep mist pump is not easily recyclable. The product labels are not recyclable.

Can I use it during pregnancy?

Assessed by our safety assessor as suitable for use during pregnancy. Products assessed as suitable for pregnancy are also suitable during IVF. The body oil contains essential oils, some of which are traditionally advised against during pregnancy. As every pregnancy is unique, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional or qualified aromatherapist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How to store?

We use darker glass to protect the natural actives and ingredients and help give your product a longer shelf life. Keep it away from direct sunlight, such as a windowsill, as this may cause the product to evaporate or melt.
