Add 5�10 drops of the essence to your diffuser or a bowl of warm water. Inhale deeply and enjoy the calming aroma. Can also be used diluted in a base massage oil, mix well to ensure an even blend.

How to store?

This product is housed in a fully recyclable glass bottle, which looks beautiful stored anywhere from your bedside table to your bathroom shelf. We use a darker glass container to help reduce the product's exposure to light.

However we do recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight, such as on a windowsill, as this may cause the product to evaporate or melt.
