Baobab proteins have been shown to boost shine, strengthen, protect, reduce frizz and tangles as well as boosting softness and smoothness. Organic Pomegranate extract rehydrates and protects hair. Also contains soothing Organic Aloe Vera.

HOW TO USE

After shampooing, apply from mid lengths to ends of clean damp hair and comb through gently

The Baobab Proteins used in our organic conditioner are sustainably derived from the Baobab tree. They help to boost shine by 42% and softness by 27%, which is why we love using them in this conditioner for dry hair. These proteins also help to protect hair from UV stress and heat, by reinforcing individual strands for improved strength.

We wanted to use Pomegranate extracts in our organic hair care as it is high in ellagic acid, which is known to help regulate cell turnover and strengthen the cell membrane. It also helps to limit hair water loss, working to both rehydrate and protect hair.

To make our organic, natural shampoo even more beneficial for your hair, we included Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera is a cactus plant that grows in dry climates and has been used medicinally for many centuries. It is known for its soothing properties as well as having hydrating benefits for both hair and skin.

How to store?

This product is housed in a fully recyclable plastic bottle with recyclable plastic lid, which looks beautiful stored anywhere from your bedside table to your bathroom shelf. We use darker plastic to protect our amazing natural actives and ingredients and allow your product to have a longer shelf life.

However we do recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight, such as on a windowsill, as this may cause the product to evaporate or melt.

How much to use?

We recommend using enough product to create a rich lather on your hair, apply more if neccessary.

How long does this last?

If you apply 1 generous squirt of this product 4x a week it will last approximately 7 weeks

Great shampoo

"I purchased the travel size shampoo & conditioner duo to try, as I am new to Evolve products and am fed up with buying hair products that I am usually disappointed with. My hair is never at its best on the day it has been washed so I reserved full judgement until day 2. The shampoo didn't lather too much which I would expect from a more natural based product, but this didn't make the washing difficult. The smell is subtle which is fine by me. My hair was squeaking as I washed it, I would be interested to understand what causes the squeaking just out of curiosity. After my usual shampooing x 2 my hair felt a little heavy which made me worried that it may still be greasy but I continued on to the conditioner. After blow drying my hair I was pleasantly surprised that it was less frizzy than usual and didn't feel greasy as I had worried that it might do. Day 2 my hair was again less frizzy and had more shine than it did Day 1. In fact I wore my hair down all week as I felt it looked so much better than usual. Previously most of the time I had been wearing my hair in a pony tail as I felt it didn't look good and I was fed up with it. What has been interesting is that my hair did not need washing again until Day 5, when it just started to feel a little heavy but not massively greasy. I'm very pleased with this shampoo and the conditioner that came with it in the duo set and will be repurchasing in the larger size when the travel bottles run out. I will also be repurchasing the travel bottles to take on holiday with me! A very good product in my opinion :)"
